General Terms and Conditions of Service

This document constitutes the legal agreement between the user and Le Pharaoh. By accessing and using our services, the user declares to have fully read, understood, and accepted these operating clauses.

The use of any section of the platform implies unequivocal consent to these terms. If the user does not agree with any of the provisions, they must immediately cease using the site and proceed to close the account.

Limited access To use Le Pharaoh, you must be at least 18 years old and possess full legal capacity according to Italian laws. It is the user's responsibility to verify that the use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

Truthfulness of information During registration, the user must provide accurate and complete data. The use of fake identities or registration on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Only one account per person is allowed; the detection of multiple accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all related profiles.

The user undertakes to:

• Protect your login credentials.
• Do not use the platform for illicit purposes, such as money laundering or fraud.
• Do not attempt to violate the technical integrity of the site through malware or cyber attacks.
• Do not engage in behavior that could damage the reputation of Le Pharaoh.

Where applicable to the chosen services:

• Deposits must come from payment methods legally owned by the user.
• Withdrawals are subject to technical security and compliance checks.
• Any operational fees will be clearly indicated before the confirmation of each transaction.

The user acknowledges that the use of digital entertainment services involves inherent risks. Le Pharaoh does not guarantee certain results or economic profits. Access is provided "as is" and may be subject to interruptions due to technical maintenance or force majeure.

All content on the platform, including logos, graphics, technical texts, and source code, is the exclusive property of Le Pharaoh or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

The platform may contain links to external sites. Le Pharaoh has no control over such content and assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from their use.

To the extent permitted by Italian law, Le Pharaoh shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or malfunctions arising from the user's internet connection. Our liability is limited to the amounts actually managed on the user's account during the period in dispute.

We reserve the right to suspend or close the user's account in case of violation of these terms, suspicious activities, or requests from competent authorities in Italy.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
